INSPIRATION FM RADIO DRAMAS



 
 Inspiration FM Radio are 
looking for talented writers 
for a radio drama series of  plays.
The members in our Northampton community include 


2001 Census

Mixed White and Asian 0.3%

Other Ethnic Group 0.2%
Other Asian 0.1%

















So any drama could involve these people in your stories.

  • Drama will be 5 minutes minimum in length
  • To a maximum of 30 minutes in length
  • Can be only one episode
  • Multiple episodes also welcome
  • To entertain
  • To inform
  • To educate 
  • To stimulate the mind
  • Create conversation
Please note: Radio Drama's do not have to be a soap, they can be a series of drama's. 
Drama projects can be 
from school students and drama societies , or writing
groups

Individual writers welcome too, so get your thinking caps on everyone.

"Most radio drama is very badly written. Radio drama is an endangered species. It has never taken a hold of mainstream programming on commercial radio in the UK. It used to be the mainstream in the States and Australia but lost out to TV in the middle to late fifties."
