Anglia regions TV Analogue switch-off announced for 2011 !!

off announced today as March 30th 2011

So if you have an old TV , or know someone,
like your grandparents, get them a free view box now

Why not treat yourself  to "HD ready" TV
now , this old TV, above, may need modifying with a set top box now.
Most new sets have freeview TV already to tune to your

Check all your TV's in your house, if they are not already connected to Virgin Media , Sky TV , Freeview ,  you will need to by March 30th 2011, as BBC 2 TV will be the first to go followed by all the other analogue channels within two weeks of March 30th 2011 !

Freeview will be stronger on the analogue switch off, as they will turn up the Freeview transmitter  10 times more power, the reason some areas are weak at present, is because the current signal would interfere with current analogue programmes, but this will not be an issue on the switch off.

Digital TV is the way forward , it includes radio too ! 

Instead of just BBC 1 , BBC2, ITV, Channel 4 & 5, when you tune to a freeview digital box you will receive the following....
