Formerly located in the Fishmarket on Sheep street, to make way for the new bus station project, the contemporary art gallery has now been relocated to it's new home.

NN, the new name and new home for Fishmarket, Northampton’s contemporary art gallery, is opening its doors for its house warming on 13 December at 6pm.
NN house warming celebrations will begin with drinks and nibbles, followed by speeches from funders and major stakeholders. The evening will be accompanied by artist-musicians and celebrate NN’s life at Fishmarket and the transformation of Number Nine Guildhall Road.
The evening will be an opportunity to see the new space and to hear about plans to offer the best of contemporary art, as well as flexible, creative spaces for innovative arts and education projects, artists’ studios meeting rooms as well as off-site programmes.
NN hope to spark debate not only about art itself but also about the role arts and culture is playing in the growth of the town. The gallery looks forward to forging new collaborations for future work within Northampton and also regionally, nationally and internationally.
