Talk Cinema-Forum Cinema Film Appreciation Course Thu 12 May – Thu 16 June £40/£35 concs This 6-week course will enable you to develop your appreciation of film and allow you to discuss with like-minded people the films screened at the Forum. Alternating between bi-weekly films from the cinema programme and in-depth tutorials, you don’t have to be a specialist to join – just someone with an interest in cinema, a desire to develop it and a readiness to join in and discuss. 	Northampton Borough Council sets up a Leisure Trust to run Leisure Centres, Sports & Play Development and Forum Cinema
	Northampton Leisure Trust As from 1st April Mounts Baths, Lings Forum Leisure Centre, Danes Camp Leisure Centre, Northampton Sports and Play Development and the Forum Cinema will become a not for profit charitable trust.

Now restored and re-mastered, each film has its own unique character and atmosphere which is reflected in a set of original scores written by celebrated British composer and conductor Carl Davis.  Presented for the first time here, this special concert features three of the finest Mutual films -The Pawn Shop, The Immigrant and The Cure- shown on a big screen and performed live byCarl Davis and the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra.
