Description
Thousands of people around the country are getting ready to join together for Stoptober. If you can quit for 28 days you’re five times more likely to quit for good. We’ll be here to provide help, advice and support every step of the way and more importantly, this is your space to help and support each other.

We know stopping smoking can be tough but you will reap the benefits when you do. From pl
aying footie with the kids and not running out of breath, to taking that extra break away with the money you’ll save, you’ll feel the difference in yourself as well as your pocket.

There are lots of ways you can find the support to help you achieve your 28 day goal. From our community here, the free Stoptober pack (which you can get at the Stoptober website), by downloading the app to your local stop smoking groups, or even your GP or local pharmacist.

Good luck!
