Honest
A world premiere from Northampton’s hottest new writer.
A job which makes no sense. A life falling to pieces. A drunken quest for… what?
Join us to meet a man whose addiction for telling the truth leads to a night that spirals out of control. Taking you on a journey across London, this one-man show explores the lies we tell ourselves and each other, and the fall-out when the truth is revealed. Performed in our local pub The Mailcoach, this darkly comic story puts you up close with a young man eager to share his story over a pint.
DC Moore’s first play Alaska was produced at the Royal Court Theatre Upstairs in 2007, for which he was awarded the inaugural Tom Erhardt Award for promising new playwrights. Born and brought up in Northampton, DC Moore has previously worked at Royal & Derngate as an assistant director.
