"Festival of Wellbeing 2010" on Sunday 6 June 2010, 10am to 3.30pm,
Northampton Saints, Franklin's Gardens, Weedon Road, Northampton

After two successful years, the festival of wellbeing is returning for a third year.
The celebration day is a day of fun for all the family, packed with activities, complementary therapies and information displays and advice from more than 40 local organisations on health and wellbeing.
Dance academy, Live band, Indian drumming, circus workshops for children and parents!, demonstrations on Tai Chi, martial arts, Yoga Bugs and more!
Clive Francis a cartoonist will also be returning this year for the celebration day, why not go along and have a caricature of the family.
As well as the activities, Mark Dean, DJ for Inspiration FM will be providing music throughout the day.
If you would like to chill out after the activities, why not take the opportunity to have a complementary therapy taster session: reflexology, Indian head massage are just some of the treatments on offer.
All throughout the hall, information displays and advice will be available highlighting health and wellbeing from local organisations as well as trust services.
