Northamptonshire County Council are reminding residents that issues
relating to roads and highways can be reported online through the
 Street Doctor service.

How does it work?

From overgrown verges, cracks in the footpath, blocked drains and potholes, you can use Streetdoctor online to report issues quickly and easily, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

You will receive a reference number to use on the website to track the progress of your enquiry and will also receive updates via email.
Problems can be reported online using your computer or using your mobile phone on our mobile site. If you don’t have access to the internet you can go along to your local library to go online and they will be happy to help you.
